Book your clients on more podcasts, in less time.

Get On A Pod finds the shows, drafts a three-email pitch for each one and puts every booking on a calendar — with a client portal on your own domain.

Built for podcast agencies, PR teams and freelancers who book guests for clients.

The workspace client list: five agency clients, each with their contact, outreach setup progress, and status.

What it changes

More bookings

A pitch for every show, written from what that show actually covers.

More clients, same team

Finding shows and drafting pitches is done for you, so the next client does not need the next hire.

Clients who stay

They approve shows and watch bookings land in their own portal, so you write fewer status emails.

How it works

Find shows. Pitch them. Get booked.

The podcast finder, listing shows with audience size and whether a contact address is known.

Find the right shows

Search by topic, size and whether there is someone to write to.

A client shortlist, each show with an approve or decline control.

Get the client to pick

They tick the shows they want. No login, no spreadsheet.

A drafted pitch sequence of three emails for one show, open for editing.

Pitches, already written

Three emails for that one show. You edit and send.

A booking calendar showing recording days and release days across clients.

Bookings on a calendar

Recording days and release days, every client.

Built from the outreach we run for our own clients.

Client portal

Your client logs in and sees the work.

Your name, your domain. They stop emailing you for updates.

The client portal dashboard: upcoming recordings, outreach progress and published episodes.
They pick the shows
Yes or no on a list you send. That is their whole job.
They watch it move
Contacted, replied, booked — updating on its own.
They see the dates
When they record, when it goes live.
They hear the result
The episode link, ready to share.

It all looks like your agency.

Portal, links and emails sit on your own domain with your logo. Clients never see our name.

Pricing

From $39 a month.

Two plans, the same platform. You pay for the clients you actually run.

Standard

$99 a month

300 credits a month

About 12 client shortlists a month, at 25 credits each.

For a team: three times the research credits.

  • One active client included
  • Everything in Founding member
  • Three times the monthly credits
  • Staff accounts for your team
Request to join

Each additional active client is $39 a month. Credits pay for research, contact finding and prospect page builds; a typical client shortlist uses about 25. Sending goes through your own mailboxes, so there is nothing here for the emails themselves.

Not sure? Start on Founding member; upgrading keeps everything.

Questions we always get.

Does it send emails on its own?

No. It writes the pitches. A person always presses send.

Do I need my own sending tool?

Yes — and you probably have one. Emails go from your own mailboxes, so your reputation stays yours.

Can clients tell it is not ours?

Not from what they see: the portal, the links and the emails are on your domain, with your logo and colors.

What if a host asks us to stop?

They are blocked for every client you run, straight away — including campaigns already sending.

I am just starting out. Too early?

No. Founding member is $39 a month with one client included, and the finder, pitches and portal are all there from your first day.

See it on your own client list.

Tell us what you run today: how many clients, what you use now, and whether podcasts are new for you. Joining is by invite, so Jonathan Garces takes a few agencies at a time.

Joining is by invite. This does not create an account — we read every request and reply with a time to talk.
